Lindsay Lohan is facing a lawsuit after allegedly stealing a mink coat without the owner’s permission.
Masha Markova has accused the Mean Girls actress of taking the luxury coat, worth $12,000 (£6,000) as she left a New York nightclub at the start of the year.
After spotting Firecrotch wearing the coat out in public, Markova kicked up a fuss which prompted her missing mink to be anonymous returned, albeit smelling of cigarettes and victim to wear and tear.
She told the New York Post: "It was my coat. It was no doubt."
The New York student has filed papers in Manhattan's state Supreme Court.

Miley Cyrus - Cyrus Almost Quit Over Photo Scandal
MILEY CYRUS came close to quitting showbusiness following the fuss surrounding her provocative Vanity Fair photos, according to her pal and HANNAH MONTANA co-star ANNA MARIA PEREZ DE TAGLE.
The actress, who plays Cyrus' sidekick Ashley on the hit kids TV show admits she's had to boost her friend during recent phonecalls - because the teen sensation is so downbeat of late.
The 15-year-old was forced to apologise to fans when a topless shot of her, wrapped in a bedsheet, appeared as part of a Vanity Fair photospread, upsetting family groups and parents across America.
And Perez de Tagle admits the whole controversy has been tough on her friend.
She says, "Sometimes I'll talk to her on the phone and she'll be like, 'It's really hard' or 'I'm really tired. I can't do this.'
"I'll always say, 'You do want to do this. You love your job.'
"It (photo scandal) really hurt her. She didn't know that people would look at it like that."

Ellen Degeneres - Conman Cashes In On Degeneres Wedding Deal
A con artist has cashed in on U.S. comedienne ELLEN DeGENERES' wedding news by setting up a hoax gift registry at top store Crate + Barrel.
DeGeneres revealed her plans to wed partner Portia De Rossi during her daytime show on Thursday (15May08) - a day after samesex marriages were declared legal in California.
The comic joked that the couple's gift list would be with Crate + Barrel and one hoaxer chose to use the line to deceive gullible fans.
She says, "I was joking when I released a statement saying we registered at Crate + Barrel.
"Some scam artist tried to take advantage of that and register and said the gifts are going to be sent to me and some people started already buying gifts... and sending (them to) this person."
DeGeneres insists she and De Rossi do not want wedding gifts.
